The SA8000 is an international reference standard for the management of a system of social responsibility of organizations. The rule requires the company ethical behavior, with particular attention to relations with the workers. A certified SA8000 is therefore careful to respect human rights and workers, to protection against exploitation of minors, to provide guarantees of safety and health of the workplace.
