It relates to the website www.valerigino.it of which Valeri Gino & C Srl (hereinafter also referred to as the “owner”) is the Data Controller and does not extend to websites that may be recalled within this site.

  • to the Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data of 8 May 2014 entitled “Identification of simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies”;
  • to the FAQ regarding information and consent for the use of cookies of 3 December 2014;
  • to the Clarifications regarding the implementation of the legislation on cookies published by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data on the website www.garanteprivacy.it;
  • to the Guidelines Judas cookies and other tracking tools adopted by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data on 10 July 2021 (published in the Official Gazette) which integrates the provisions contained in the Provision of 8 May 2014.

Cookie and request for express consent

According to the legislation in force in Italy, an express consent from the user is not always required for the use of cookies. While for the so-called cookies technical or first-party analytics, it is not necessary, the request for this consent is required in the case of profiling cookies.
With regard to third-party analytical cookies, an appropriate diversification must be made as it is necessary to distinguish according to whether:

TYPES OF COOKIES USED BY THE SITE

In particular, the site uses the following types of cookies: a) Technicians; b) Analytical; c) Profiling.

  • It does not act as Data Controller with regard to the data deriving from the category indicated in letter b) of the art. 3.2 since these are mere technical intermediaries.
